Emergency Key Release After opening the door with the emergency key, the emergency key is inserted into the EROK lock and turned 90°. Now all unlocking coils are connected to the integrated emergency battery. Keys can be selectively removed by pressing the corresponding removal button. Internal
Security Seals With the help of the key security seals, the keys are connected to the Traka-iFOB without manipulation. Small Item Box & Card Holder With the help of the various small compartments, even smaller objects, money, papers, fuel cards, credit cards or access cards can be managed in the various key cabinets. Locking" slots are required, optimally with removal button. Internal
Item Management • Cost-optimized protection of valuable objects, such as PDAs, hand scanners, measuring devices, small machine tools, studio microphones, etc. • The keys of the individual compartments are secured and managed in the Traka key cabinet. For the removal of a compartment content, the corresponding compartment key is removed from the key cabinet in a logged manner. • This ensures that only authorized persons can remove the corresponding objects and that any loss or damage to the object can be traced. • Due to the significant reduction in shrinkage and damage, such solutions usually pay for themselves after 6-12 months. RFID-Item Control If users know that they are fully responsible for the objects, they • become more responsible users. With RFID content recognition, each person is uniquely identified • to the Traka system via PIN, access card or biometrics and has access only to authorized objects. They know exactly who removed an object and when it was • issued and returned. All user activity is recorded and provides powerful management • and reporting. Internal
Bespoke Locker Systems The modular bespoke locker systems also work completely • autonomously or, if desired, network-based in connection with TrakaWEB. Compartment dimensions, frame size and condition of the • compartment doors, e.g. smooth, perforated or with viewing window, can be adapted to customer-specific requirements. The individual compartments are equipped with tamper-proof • motorized rotating locks and selective emergency opening.
