ACDBE – limited-service restaurants, business & professional services, and all other miscellaneous store retailers b. DBE – Project Management, Administrative and General Management consulting services, and security guard services c. MWBE – Security Guard Services, and Janitorial Services d. SBE – Security Guard Services, and Janitorial Services e. Simrae has pending approval for 8(a) federal certification and RTD Minority Certification.  Our motto “Create – Promote – Manage” speaks to our total commitment to our client’s needs.  CREATE a. Business development solutions for our client’s needs particularly in alcohol - related business concepts, concessions concepts, events concepts, retail concepts, and staffing. b. Projects for our clients that are looking for complete or partial event management. We approach each project with a customize team who will utilize MS Project to create a detailed project layout which will cover all costs, resources, timelines, stakeholders and much more. c. Staffing solutions for our clients on a temporary or permanent basis, specializing in security, event staffing, porters & strikers, entertainment, and bartending. We handle the entire process of human resources and only place top qualified staffing that fit our client’s needs.  PROMOTE a. Our client’s events by building awareness through social media, press releases, precision ad placement, suggestive postings, creation of social accounts, and promotion in different periodicals and online media. b. Our client’s business by building relationships in their immediate and surrounding area. We create events that will welcome the community to attend and see what our client’s business is about.  MANAGE a. We are experienced in general management for limited - service and full - service restaurants. We also have management experience in night club operations. We have over 20 of experience and are familiar with customizing our management training program with our clients to offer a highly qualified and prepared general manager for our client’s operations. b. Our client’s event, so you don’t have to worry about assigning any of your employees to take care of extra duties or taking them away from their primary duties. We take care of this by sitting down with your people to discuss all of the details you would like to see for your event. c. Our client’s temporary and permanent staffing provided through our Simrae Solutions. Our clients will only need to talk to their assigned staffing manager if any issues, concerns, or changes need to be addressed. Staffing payroll, benefits, scheduling, and more will be handled through Simrae Solutions. Our Team  Sudan I. Muhammad Sudan is the President of Simrae Solutions. Sudan brings to Simrae Solutions over 15 years of experience in business development, project management, strategic development & consulting. He is also a successful entrepreneur with several businesses that he has lead in retail, hospitality, employee services, and project management. He also has over 10 years in the hospitality industry as a manager and director, particularly the casino, restaurant, and night club industry. Sudan in conjunction with his experience has developed and managed several events that have produced large number of participates. He has worked with some of the industry leaders in event management and developed a strong network of professionals. Sudan has also been the Executive Director for the Regis Entrepreneur Club, been an advisor for a few boards and has volunteer for several committees and activities. Sudan was recently nominated by Denver Mayor Hancock for the Denver African American Commission. He was voted in by the commission and hopes to be an integral of the commission’s progress. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business at the University of Northern Colorado. He has also received his Masters of Business Administration with dual emphasis in Operations Management/ Project Management at Regis University.  Natasha Vollmuth Natasha is the V.P. of Operations for Simrae Solutions. Throughout her career, Natasha has worn several different hats which include, program management, Page 3 of 5

Simrae Solutions LLC volunteer management and support, fundraising, workshop facilitation, event planning and management. With a bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Natasha has extensive experience working for and with local non - profit agencies, a vital factor in the mission of Simrae Solutions. Her passion is giving back to her community by supporting youth in graduating from high school and being prepared for life after high school. Natasha’s diverse employment background and skill set support her role as Operations Director/Staffing Director. Her attention to detail and vast experience provide a unique skill set that balances the busy day to day operations of Simrae Solutions with a focus and intention on the mission and vision of Simrae Solutions. She is also currently pursuing her Master’s degree from Regis University.  Event Consultant Tim Taylor Tim has the experience of handling any kind of situation that may be thrown at him. He can work in adverse situations; being in the restaurant business has taught him how to think quickly on his feet and to improvise. Before making any decisions, he has a clear idea of the consequences of that decision. Tim is able to empathize with the customer, thus making their experience positively memorable. His goal is to maximize his skills in sales and event management in a positive working environment. He will strive to make our clients feel excited and confident about their event by showing them that he is always available for their needs. He will always provide the best to our clients, knowing that their event is a reflection of his hard work. Tim will endeavor to provide the best in quality to our clients so that they will reflect upon him and Simrae Solutions in a positive light.  Event coordinator a. Shanice Norling is our Event Coordinator; she started with Simrae Solutions as an intern and has been involved with several of the events produced by Simrae. We are happy to have her as a valued team member.  Security Manager a. Bryant McKinnie is our Security Manager; he has been with Simrae Solutions since January 2014. Simrae Solutions is proud to have him as part of the team. Bryant has over 15 years of experience in security and security solutions.
