Bora Housing Limited is an entrepreneurial and integrated property development venture, initiated by G. Ashwin Kumar A.C.A & A. Neelesh Bora. The Two scions are mentored by T.Anoop Bora F.C.A with over 30 years of experience in various fields of trade practices and real estate development. Commenced operations in May 2013. We intend to develop spaces in three verticals – Residential Homes, Holiday Homes & Plotted development. We believe in innovating, adding value in developing quality living spaces, transparent business practices and delivering experience. Going forward, We intend to undertake a combination of built to suit projects and develop gated communities with apartments, plots, row houses & villas. The group’s vision is to leverage its relationships and expand its portfolio of real estate development space throughout locally and nationally.

All these developments are planned keeping in mind the future development in the area and predominantly to benefit the long term investors. Over a period of time, we have made business transactions with over 500 long term investors in Chennai.
