PAST DEVELOPMENTS
- Acheron Drive, 21 industrial lots located ofg Blenheim Road, Christchurch.
This development was completed in the late 1990s;
- Sockburn Business Park, approximately eight hectares of land located on Blenheim Road east of the Sockburn
- roundabout. This development catered for owner occupier businesses wanting medium-sized buildings.
This development was completed over three stages in the late 2000s;
- Wigram Business Park, located on Hayton Road, Wigram, south west Christchurch is a development
- f approximately 25 hectares that provided 52 lots for businesses who were expanding, relocating
- r re-establishing their businesses post-earthquakes. This development was completed in 2015.
CURRENT DEVELOPMENTS
Our two new developments located in Hornby, Christchurch and Rolleston, Selwyn, are well positioned for transit links including the State Highway network, Port of Lyttleton, Christchurch International Airport, the Southern Motorway link between Christchurch and Rolleston, and the KiwiRail network. As the developer, Ngāi Tahu Property will provide wider choice to the market for tenure and development which are currently constrained with the Christchurch market. This will include land sales or design/build/lease options for owner occupiers through to investors. Both developments have no nominated construction partners.
