  • Total number of deaths due to poisoning shows

no significant reduction

  • Organophospates and carbamates poisoning

cases annually show more than 12000 cases

  • Annual deaths due to Organophospates &

carbamates do not show a significant reduction

  • Cases due to other pesticides do not show a

significant reduction
