Work Student Orie Stu Orientation Yea ear Towards the end of your Bachelor’s study, you can apply for a search year visa. This will allow you to stay in The Netherlands and search for a job for up to one year from the Post-study work date of your graduation. During this time, opportunities for international any job you find will not require your students employer to apply for a work permit. The salary criteria is €27,336 if you apply during this ‘orientation year’, regardless of age. This means that you must find a job that will pay you at least that amount in order to have your visa approved.
