  6. OMS Customer Partnership Group Roadmap Summary Roadmap Item Description Transmission : Allow state change to IN_OK and outage Enhancement to end an outage and return equipment to end time in one transaction service in one transaction instead of two. Generation : Master file ramp rate changes Currently a MF ramp rate change on a resource will cause any outages on that resource to become invalid. Enhancement so MF change to ramp rate should only cause outages with NoW of RAMP_RATE to become invalid. Generation : Outages on intertie resources Update RA data processing to allow effective dated RA values. Participants will utilize these values for outages on interties. Intertie resources utilize RA MW value as PMax for outage submission/modification. Generation : Overlapping PMin re-rates Currently only one Pmin outage can be entered on a resource at a time. Enhancement to allow multiple Pmin outages to be entered at the same time. Transmission/Generation : Broadcast version updates CAISO to broadcast when an outage is updated and a new version is created within the OMS system. Transmission : Trumping Allows the system to apply the switch configuration of an outage if its priority trumps one or more existing outages. Page 6
