  2. Customer Partnership Group Scope and Objective • Created in response to customer’s request to have more involvement in the planning, design and usability validation phases of ISO application development • Provide an open interactive partnership forum to identify potential opportunities to improve the overall customer experience • Share ideas, opinions and provide feedback • Discuss issues and concerns, and answer customer questions • All ideas are welcome and will be considered based upon feasibility, prioritization and timeline constraints. Not all ideas may be feasible to implement • Meetings vary in frequency to review progress, provide feedback on design and usability and discuss implementation approaches • Active participation is critical to the CPG success and to improve our customer’s experience interacting with ISO applications Page 2

  5. CPM Credits & RA Credits If you are responsible for submitting a monthly RA plan in CIRA, please be sure to follow the below instructions. • Starting with March 2018, the ISO has allocated the Annual CPM credits to the impacted LSE’s in the month ahead RA process. • LSE’s should NOT list any CPM credit on the Other tab in their RA Plans. • The ISO is lowering the Local requirement for each impacted LSE for the remaining months of the 2018 compliance year (March – December) based on the CPM credit allocation. Page 5

  6. CPM Credits & RA Credits • The CPM credit allocation for System RA will show up as an RMR credit in the CIRA Obligation report. If an LSE claims Local and/or System CPM credit the ISO will delete on their behalf to avoid double counting. • Please do NOT list on the Other tab in your RA Plan any Local DR and/or System DR credit as the ISO receives this data directly from the PUC and will be applying the credits to all associated LSEs. • If an LSE claims Local and/or System DR credit the ISO will delete on their behalf to avoid double counting. Page 6

  7. CPM Credits & RA Credits • Please do NOT list on the Other tab in your RA Plan Local RMR credit as the ISO has the RMR credit allocation and will be applying the credits to all impacted LSEs. If an LSE claims Local and/or System RMR credit the ISO will delete on their behalf to avoid double counting. Page 7

  8. CPM Credits & RA Credits • Any CAM credit MUST be listed as SYS in the TAC field on the Other tab in your RA Plan. There should not be any CAM credits for Local shown as the CPUC has already accounted for Local CAM during the Local requirement allocation. Page 8
