PROCESSES TO BE FOLLOWED

  • NZTR will prepare a detailed financial analysis of all Clubs.
  • The Club will be visited and the financial performance of the Club will be

reviewed with Club personnel.

  • If race day performance is a concern the RCPP project team will liaise

closely with the NZRB On-course Event Marketing and Logistics team and the Club to identify the specific issues that are contributing to under performance.
