Who we are… • A social Enterprise working with young people in care and those who are leaving care. • Career Tech developers utilizing state of the art technology for social issues. • Team of experts across education, careers and industry (Sec, FE,HE,TVET). • Creating inspirational opportunities - work experience, work shadowing, mentors, career counselling, referral to specialist support for special educational needs, specific learning difficulties and Mental Health. • Focus on the Future World of Work.

Technology & Careers 4 th Industrial Revolution • • 10 million jobs are vulnerable, to be replaced by AI and Robotics. • Changing Skill sets required – flexibility and agility. • Creativity/Empathy – human characteristics which remain untouched by AI • Intelligent Adaptive Learning – technologies learn the learner as the learner learns – what next experience, based on demonstrated skills. • Technology and care leavers – design and build of technology provision. • Research Summer 2019 – 400 employers/150 CEP/ 100 organizations testing our ideas. • January 2020 commence pilots with partners across the UK – national roll out in 18 months.
