The Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) (Damschroder LJ, et al ;2009)
Ecology of Implementation • List out the different intervention/practice/program etc., you are considering to implement in your organization. • Identify all the different associations that touch or are networked to your ( insert intervention/practice/program here ). • As a table group come to consensus on a network in an organization.
Examining the Value of the Network • What data is attached or attributed to the associations of (e.g. encounter data) the intervention/practice/program? • How may they influence implementation?
Developing the Data Map • Who should be the key people in being a part of the network? • Identify how the data maps back to those key people.
Wrong Turns Happen …. • Identify the pot holes that come. How do you know they are there? • What are some possible strategies to get back on track?
