The complete Master Plan will be delivered and presented to City Council at an Town Hall meeting to begin the adoption process scheduled for:  April 3, 2017 at 7:30 pm in the Dwyer Senior Center

 Once the Master Plan is complete it will have to go through the Planning Commission and City Council to be adopted as City Policy  Actions requiring legislation will still need to go through standard procedures for City Council to become law.
