SCHOOL REQUEST PROCESS

Teachers request presentation from Donate Life Northwest via online form

Donate Life Northwest sends email to trained Donate Life Educators for upcoming presentation

Receive materials in the mail

Allow 30 minutes prior to first presentation to get to school, sign in at front office, and find classroom
