Northstar Brand We are the Calgary NORTHSTARS HOCKEY ASSOCIATION. We are not CNHA. We have won national Midget AAA championships(2). We develop players our players have played KIJHL, AJHL, SJHL, BCHL, WHL, AHL, and NHL. The skills and discipline you gain from being a Northstar are not only hockey skills, but life skills. If you want to succeed in life work ethic, discipline, and behavior are important, and we believe this will help you succeed. It starts here.

Player Zero Tolerance 1) NO Drug, alcohol, Tobacco products (including chewing tobacco, Vaping ,etc) 2) Vehicles WILL be driven responsibly 3) Respectful behavior towards opposition players, fans, coaches, referees and rink attendants 4) Dressing rooms will be treated with respect and be left even better than condition than you found them 5) You represent the Northstars when wearing a jacket, on the way to the rink, at the rink, and on the way home. Proper behavior is essential 6) School is important! General Rule parent not happy… coach not happy. Coaches will support parents 7) This is not community hockey. It’s a privilege not a right to play. You Control your destiny within the Northstars. Come ready to tryout and play with a full commitment. Numbers are limited, so be in shape, and improve your skills the best you can.
