WHEN HRTPO IS THE APPLICANT

1. It is HRTPO Board prerogative to apply for projects on its own or at the request of other entities. To assist in this decision, HRTPO staff will:

a. Review proposed projects to ensure consistency with LRTP and TIP b. Review proposed projects with respect to HB2 factors and measures c. Provide recommendation to HRTPO Board

2. HRTPO Board will specify priority order of the projects it submits. To assist in setting priority order, HRTPO staff will:

a. Review HRTPO prioritization scores for each proposed project b. Review proposed projects with respect to HB2 factors and measures c. Provide recommendation to the HRTPO Board

WHEN HRTPO RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT IS REQUESTED
