GVS Meeting Haus which also included the 1983-84 German Village Architectural Details Survey, 1989- 1994 Ohio Historical Inventory Surveys, and misc. documents and photos

March 2012 - the database software program PastPerf erfec ect was purchased and in Summer, 2012 the Property Files project was created for the purpose of scanning all of the Property Files, creating a record for each file and uploading the records to the GVS website as the searchable database
