 This is the same time-keeping schedule as hourly temp and student employees.

schedule, and also enter extra hours worked.

 SmartTime will determine whether extra hours should be compensated by straight time or time and

monthly payroll.

 Twice a year, three biweekly periods will be included.

  • Use the calendar you were provided to determine

reporting periods, the payroll they will feed into, and the date balances will be available on the WEB.

  • Complete the paper time sheet for October 1-5, 2014.
  • Open your new biweekly Web leave/time report before you

leave this session.

  • Submit your leave/time reports every-other Friday before you

leave campus, unless you are scheduled for weekend work.

  • Supervisors, we are counting on you to ensure that deadlines

are met!!!

  • Get familiar with the SmartTime schedule so you understand

when to submit reports, and when to check balances on the Web.
