Eircodes • GNI has started to roll-out Eircodes onto our internal GNI systems ‒ Not all GPRNs include a Eircode yet (about 76% are populated as of yesterday) ‒ Will not be issued to Shippers in market facing messages • GNI has had a conference call with ESBN to detail our respective Eircode plans ‒ Will continue to liaise with ESBN on timings • GNI proposes to introduce Eircodes, into MM, 1-month post ESBN Schema in April • In 2019 closer to the implementation time, subject to licencing, GNI can provide a bulk file to Shippers who request one • GNI urges Shippers to consider implications on their own systems, in particular for dual fuel customers 6

  14. GNI Customer Service - Shipper Survey 2018/19 RECAP - 2017 Customer Experience Survey GNI carried out its first customer experience survey of Shippers/Suppliers in Nov/Dec 2017 • WHY? We wanted to get a better understanding of your experience of dealing with GNI. What did we do well? Where could we improve? • WHO? We surveyed 23 x middle/senior management personnel in 16 organisations • WHAT? Views on a wide range of topics across a wide range of organisations • HOW? Face to Face or phone interviews • RESULTS? Key challenges identified • ACTIONS: Initiatives developed to address key challenges e.g. PPM User Guide / Training 14

GNI Customer Service - Shipper Survey 2018/19 2018/19 Customer Experience Survey GNI proposes to follow up on the initial survey with further surveys in 2018/19 • WHY? to take a deeper look into how GNI handles suppliers’ day -to-day issues & queries to measure and monitor customer service performance over time • WHO? Issue survey to 200-300 personnel in operational roles, including CSRs • WHAT? Focus on high volume operational issues and queries (mainly retail related) • HOW? Email survey (10 – 15 questions) • WHEN? Early October 2018 for a benchmark survey Quarterly / Biannually thereafter (‘pulse’ survey of 3 -5 questions) 15
