Eircodes No change from December • Several Shipper have requested that their portfolio files with Eircodes are issued • GNI has e-mailed all Shippers to confirm their Capita Licencing positions • Internal review taking place with GNI IT’s team ref licencing requirements • GNI urges Shippers to consider implications on their own systems, in particular for dual fuel customers 6

Data Sharing Agreement • GNI has consulted its external legal advisors. • GNI intends to mitigate the “Double Jeopardy” issue by proposing modifications to Part B – General Principles which addresses priority between licences, Code etc. • GNI continues to work with its external legal advisors but the material is not yet ready to be circulated. • GNI will circulate as soon as possible. 8

GasMap Schema Release 2019 Status Update - update with most current information on day of meeting • Go/No-Go Decision ‒ Project plan provided for Go/No-Go decision on 15 Jan ‒ Telco on Tue 15 Jan (supplier & GNI project leads) - all parties agreed to allow additional time for resolution of outstanding market assurance issues before confirming any postponement ‒ Go-Live date of 2 Feb 2019 remains • Next Steps: ‒ Suppliers to provide all test evidence to IBM for review and sign-off ‒ Final Market Assurance Report (IBM) to issue to CRU ‒ CRU decision on report to be circulated 12

GasMap Schema Release 2020 Scoping Phase - proposed timelines • At last GMARG (Dec 2018), GNI noted that: ‒ Next GasMaP schema release is scheduled for April 2020; and ‒ July 2019 is the deadline for finalising the scope of the next Schema • GNI / Suppliers / CRU to submit any DDRs in advance of next GMARG (21 Feb) 13

Review of MPDs & Procedures General Purpose: • Housekeeping - many Market Process Definitions (and related procedures) in place since market opening in 2008 (some updated in 2011 & 2015). • Review MPDs & procedures and ensure alignment between documented process and actual process as applied currently. Proposed Timeline: • GNI propose to have reviewed the GPRO & Meter Data Services MPD’s in advance of GMARG February 2019. • Remainder of processes and procedures (primarily siteworks or meter reading related) will be reviewed thereafter Review will: • Identify any deviations between documented and actual process • Deliver ‘red - line’ mark -up of documentation to GMARG/CRU for review and approval - expect majority of updates to be cosmetic NOT intended as root and branch review of each process - If there are proposals to change the actual process, the standard DDR/CR process should to be initiated 18

  21. GNI Verbal Updates: • PPM Emergency Credit • Warm Transfers • Shipper Portal (Sharepoint) • Revenue Protection update • Brexit 21

PPM Emergency Credit • Siemens processed a system update to effect the increase of the Emergency Credit value available to customers from € 5 to € 10 as of 1 st December. • An error in the system update was highlighted by a supplier to Siemens on 18 th December. • Upon review by Siemens it was found that the Emergency credit limit had not been updated correctly. In addition the Emergency Credit Threshold value had been updated to € 10 (the only impact of this being the customer would have been offered the Emergency credit earlier) • Siemens developed a fix to the issue and all vends as of 22 nd December picked up the correct settings ensuring the increased Emergency credit limit of € 10 was available to customers over the Xmas holiday period. The Emergency Threshold Limit value also reverted back to € 5.

Revenue Protection Working Group Update • Code of Practice – with CRU for approval • Working Group #3 of 6 was held with Suppliers on December 7 th . • MPD24 Identification of Interference – update to the Market Process Description to include reference to the criminal investigation path that may be initiated based on selection criteria outlined in the code of practice. • MPD25 Recovery of Site works Costs - comments closed. • MPD24 and MPD25 - Moved to final approval from CRU. • MPD26 Recovery of Energy Costs - submitted to GMARG and CRU for comments. Comments due by COB 21/12/18. 24
