Allow time to increase capacity of new, integrated services Create clear expectations/communication/training/guidance around how long someone would be in service (i.e., would we expect someone to spend 5 days a week in this service? 40 hours? All 40 at the facility? Etc.?) Consider provider capacity (i.e., should we certify any new providers?) Require CBDD “prior auth” initially, annually
