Background & Context • Approximately 24,000 gullies • Road network in excess of 300km • 2 x gully jetting vehicles • 5 x mechanical sweepers • Aim to clean each gulley once per year • Responsible for gully and lateral only • All vehicles GPS tracked • Well Maintained Highways Code of Practice
Service Delivery - Impacts and Influences • Gully cleansing regime • Highway inspection regime • Highway maintenance regime • Street cleansing frequencies • External notifications – e-mail, phone calls • Predicted weather patterns • Geography/location – e.g. tree lined streets
