 Sept 2015: Design began for Phases 1 & 2  July 2017: 50% Design Complete  Aug. 2017: PEF Applications to DEP  April 2018: 75% Design Complete & Permitting  May 2018: Annual Town Meeting – Construction Appropriation & Easements for Phase 2  Oct. 2018: Final Plans/SRF Funding  Feb. 2019: SRF Permission to Advertise  Apr. 2019: Received Construction Bids May 2019: Constr. Contract signed with C. Naughton Jun 2019: Begin Construction Summer/Fall 2020: Initial Sewer Connections Commence Fall 2020: Finish Construction/Final Paving
