Hot Days:

A day in which the largest number of fatal road traffic accidents occurred in predetermined hotspot zones.

Hot Times:

The time period in which fatal road traffic accidents peaked on Hot Days; consolidated into four hour groupings to mimic the patrol scheme at present.
