Stages of Construction

  • Stage 1: Relocate all impacted utilities.
  • Stage 2: Close the Factoria Village entrance at the

SE 3600. Block intersection and install the 4-foot X 9-foot storm drain from Richards Creek to the southeast corner of the intersection.

  • Stage 3: Close the Factoria Village entrance

nearest Key Bank and install the remaining 4-foot X 9-foot storm drain from the SE 3600. Block intersection to the north side of the southernmost Factoria Village entrance.

  • Stage 4: Close the southernmost Factoria Village

entrance and the northern Chevron/Brown Bear Car Wash entrance. Install the 2-foot X 5-foot storm drain to the north side of the southern Chevron/Brown Bear Car Wash entrance.

  • Stage 5: Close the southern Chevron/Brown Bear

Car Wash entrance and install the remaining 2- foot X 5-foot storm drain.
