What is GKBEP? Objectives A contribution to the office wide knowledge management system with a specific contribution to the third pillar on “Country policy inventories” To have an institutional memory which ensures continuing knowledge building & management of knowledge on employment policy To facilitate timely and thematic analysis across countries and regions To facilitate exchange of information and good practices (HQ and field offices) Two main functions National Development Plans (NDP) and National Employment Policies I. (NEP) analysis -knowledge and experience sharing and allow to track the evolution of policies Electronic documents management system (EDMS)- electronic virtual II. library on employment policies → The result of extensive collaboration with ITCOM
