Objectives

 A contribution to the office wide knowledge management system with a

specific contribution to the third pillar on “Country policy inventories”

 To have an institutional memory which ensures continuing knowledge

building & management of knowledge on employment policy

 To facilitate timely and thematic analysis across countries and regions  To facilitate exchange of information and good practices (HQ and field

Two main functions

I.

National Development Plans (NDP) and National Employment Policies (NEP) analysis -knowledge and experience sharing and allow to track the evolution of policies

Electronic documents management system (EDMS)- electronic virtual library on employment policies → The result of extensive collaboration with ITCOM
