Incineration

BOWML has three (3) Rotary Kiln Incinerators in operation in North India authorized by SPCB/MoeF with total capacity of 22,800MT/annum Waste material is burned in specially designed incinerators at a high temperature. BOWML has Rotary Kiln Incinerator with Primary & Secondary Chambers heating up to 1400c which contains Venturi, Lime & Activated Carbon Scrubber and De-Gasser. It has Real-time sensors for Flue Gases as per CPCB Guidelines

Secured Landfill Cell#1 2mm Primary HDPE (2nd Layer Of Liner) Installed Underneath the liner is Clay/Sand, GeoTextile, Pebbles and HDPE Pipes for Leachate Collection. Non- Recyclable hazardous waste, whose calorific value is below 2500 Kcal/Kg is disposed in the landfill. Capacity: 450,000 MT – Kanpur-Dehat 600,000 MT - Roorkee
