  2. E-Vac “A Production Optimization Technology” In this well cleanout cleanout process, our proprietary and patented “E-Vac” tool is delivered into a wellbore via dual coiled tubing using the venturi principal to vacuum solids and liquids from well bores. The primary function of this procedure is to create a low pressure environment in the well to pump fluid and solids to surface to clean the well out in a pressure balanced state. Simultaneously while cleaning, multiple custom jet nozzles breakdown, slurry and flush solids blockages from the wellbore to the surface.

  3. Well Cleanout Procedure – Venturi Principal The E-Vac system uses a “clean as you go” approach with a motor fluid “thief valve” that directs a desired volume of fluid to the wash nozzles for cleaning action at between 3000 to 5000 psi. Historical experience has been collected in several reservoir types from light oil to CHOPS to thermal heavy oil recovery.

  4. E-Vac – System Benefits System benefits: Pioneered in Alberta in CBM & CHOP’s environments Proven Technology Operations successfully conducted in multiple reservoir types in multiple regions worldwide Versatile Permanent & Semi Permanent pumping operations in vertical, deviated and horizontal well configurations Suited for production, frac return and well liner cleanouts and can be used as a pipeline cleaning system Wide range from very low to high pressure wells of varying well depths Robust Tool designed to mitigate pump wear reducing time on location Efficient High flow velocities in coil are achieved Specialized pump achieves greater return volumes for given injection rates compared to traditional jet pumps 100% of jetting volumes utilized to create greatest well cleaning action Cost Effective Rig-less well servicing via conventional CTU eliminating the requirement for nitrogen and surfactant Non-Invasive Pressure balanced wellbore cleanouts Reduced Footprint Simple rig up reduces equipment and personnel mobilization and associated cost

  5. Custom Engineered - Dual Action Jet Pump Underbalance Condition Concurrent Jetting and vac-ing breaks solids bridges in the well & returns mixed injection & production fluid and solids to surface System Benefits / Customer Value EFFICIENCY – Our E-Vac tool increases lift efficiency considerably when compared to traditional Jet Pump performance thereby facilitating better cleaning at faster penetration rates reducing customer costs. RESULTS – E-Vac’s multi-port jetting action ensures 100% of the jetting power is utilized. This unique design removes solids plugging with the greatest turbulence and speed possible. DURABILITY – The E-Vac tool handles formation fines in a more effective way. The unique configuration of this pump mitigates mixing tube erosion and better directs and fluidizes the solids through the stream to avoid contact with the pump. Extended pump life reduces time on location due to reduced pump changes on the job.
