What is the SHIP

  • The SHIP sets out the new affordable housing

priorities for the next 5 years

  • It covers the period 2018/19 to 2022/23
  • It complies with the Local Housing Strategy
  • The SHIP takes account of the funding resources

made available by the Scottish Govt (AHSP)

  • Submission to Scot Govt by 27 October 2017.

There are three main headings:

  • Regeneration Factors
  • Project Factors
  • Resources, Capacity and Planning

This was key to prioritising projects .
