  3. MANAGEMENT TEAM Farshad Shirvani M.Sc. Geol. - President & CEO • Mr. Shirvani has a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in geology from the Shiraz University in Shiraz, Iran and has more than 20 years of solid geological experience in mineral exploration. Mr. Shirvani is the President of Terracad Geoscience Services Ltd. and served as a member of the Board of Directors of several Junior Mining Companies including Gold Producer Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. (BGM-TSXV) for more than 7 years. Mr. Shirvani brings to Doubleview a wealth of experience in Mining Property Acquisition, Exploration and Development. Bryan Wilson, - Director • Mr. Wilson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo in 1975. He has worked in the fields of mining exploration and development for 18 years and financial services for 12 years. He has filled various roles including a Mining Analyst for C.M. Oliver and Dominick & Dominick Securities Inc. and as a Corporate Finance Specialist for Thames Capital. Since Sept. 2008, Mr. Wilson has served as Director, Exploration Business Development of Centerra Gold (CG – TSX), a company engaged in the acquisition, development and production of gold properties in Central Asia, the former Soviet Union and emerging markets. Mr. Wilson is an officer and director of several public mining exploration companies. Allan Fabbro - Director • Mr. Fabbro currently serves as executive officer and/or director of a number of junior resource companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange including, American Consolidated Minerals Corp., Canada Gold Corporation, Midnight Sun Mining Corp., and WPC Resources Inc , and former director of Roxgold Inc. Mr. Fabbro facilitated the financing of Doubleview’s 2012 and 2013 work, including drilling on the Hat Copper Gold Project. Andrew Rees, - Director • Mr. Rees obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Road s University in 2008 and since 1998 has been a consultant in financial matters with Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. (BGM-TSXV), a company engaged in the exploration of previously producing gold properties. Mr. Rees is currently CEO, President and a director of Wellstar Energy Corp. (WSE – TSX.V), an oil and gas exploration company, and director of Big North Capital Inc. (NRT – TSX.V). In addition, Mr. Rees has served as a director of Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. since August 2006, and Lions Gate Energy Inc. (LG –TSX.V), a company engaged in mineral exploration in British Columbia, since Feb. 2008. Robert Hall , - CFO and Director • Mr. Hall brings over 10 years experience in management in both public and private companies to Doubleview. He builds and maintains Institutional and Retail relationships and assists in the day to day management and operation of the Company. He serves /served as a director and officer of Arctic Hunter Energy Inc. (TSX.V : AHU), Alberta Star Development Corp.   4. TECHNICAL TEAM Farshad Shirvani M.Sc. Geol. - President & CEO • Mr. Shirvani activated Doubleview Capital Corp in 2011, acquired Mineral Exploration Projects and successfully raised exploration capital for the company, that resulted in identification of the Hat Project. His company, Terracad Geoscience Services Ltd., provides project management and GIS services to many exploration and development companies. Erik Ostensoe, B.Sc., P. Geo., Geological Consultant • Mr. Ostensoe acts as Qualified Person and principal geological consultant to Doubleview, and along with Mr. Shirvani explored and discovered the Hat Gold Copper Porphyry Deposit in 2013 - 2014. He has many years experience in mineral exploration in British Columbia and elsewhere, including early stage work at the Valley of Kings and KSM areas , the Schaft Creek copper-molybdenum deposit of Copper Fox and Teck, and the Chu molybdenum deposit near Vanderhoof, B.C. Patrick McAndless, P.Geo, FGC • Mr. McAndless has over 44 years in the mining industry primarily exploring for base and precious metal deposits. Previously, Mr. McAndless served as Vice-President Exploration of Imperial Metals Inc. and spearheaded Imperial Metal’s team in discovering key deposits in British Columbia and Nevada. His work has included managing large scale exploration projects for various senior and junior mining companies mainly focused on porphyry copper, volcanic massive sulphide, epithermal gold, uranium and diamond deposits. Mr McAndless is a strong advocate for the mining industry and is sought after as a lecturer to student and industry audiences. He is active in several community groups and provides valuable guidance in geological, financial and logistical matters to industry and interested parties. Abdul Razique, PhD Geology • Mr. Razique has over 15 years' of experience in the exploration and mining industries. He has worked for majors, i-e BHP Minerals, Tethyan Copper Co. (Barrick Gold-Antofagasta Minerals JV) and discovered ~20 porphyry deposits in Chagai belt Reko Diq Pakistan (1996 to 2008). He earned his PhD on porphyry deposits from the University of British Columbia (MDRU), and worked on the evaluation and exploration targeting of porphyry Cu-Au projects for Antofagasta in North America and particularly in BC. John Buckle, P. Geoph., P. Geo. • Mr. Buckle is Doubleview’s principal geophysical consultant. He has a long history of geophysical survey work and was responsible for the discovery of several important mineral deposits. He obtained a B.Sc. degree from York University and has served as president of Geophysical Society. Mr. Buckle has reviewed historic geophysical data of the Hat property and has provided guidance and evaluation of more recent surveys. He continues to advise on all matters of geophysical data, surveys and instrumentation. Thomas E. Lisle, P. Eng., Advisor • Mr. Lisle was responsible for identifying the geologic potential of the Hat Property and the nearby properties of Firesteel Resources. He worked in the Sheslay area of northwestern British Columbia in the 1970s and discovered the Dick Creek copper property currently being explored by Firesteel and Prosper Gold. In 1993 he, with Erik Ostensoe, staked the Hat Property and in subsequent years completed various technical surveys that confirmed the presence of an important porphyry-type environment. He is a co-vendor of the Hat Property. TSX.V : DBV
