  7. Arrival at hotel – Sunday evening  4.00am – meet time  5.30pm arrive at hotel  Unload  Room allocations  inspection on rooms  Evening meal 8.30pm  Early Night

  8. Monday  Breakfast  Uninterrupted day in the parks  Completing workbook  Meet for parade  Evening meal - Planet Hollywood – 6.30pm  More time in the Park before we depart for the hotel at 10pm

Tuesday  Breakfast  Uninterrupted day in the parks  Completing workbook  Evening meal – Billy Bobs TeXMex buffet – 6pm  All you can eat buffet including salad bar, cold meats, spare ribs, chicken wings, fajitas, chili con carne, meat carving, fish, sautéed mixed vegetables, rice, pasta, cheese platter and a wide choice of desserts.  Meet for the fireworks (choice)

  10. Wednesday  Breakfast  Depart for home – 8:45  Arrive home – 8pm

  11. Code of Conduct  All students will be required to sign the code of conduct  Students will be punctual to all meetings and meals  There is zero tolerance of smoking or alcohol on the trip  Expectations

  12. Insurance  Included in the price is a comprehensive insurance policy provided by the local authority. All students will have the information in a keyring  EHIC card – all students must carry one.
