▪ The following user roles will have access to the SPM Module: ▪ Contracting Officer Representative (COR) ▪ Contracting Officer (CO) ▪ Contract Specialist (CS) ▪ Manager ▪ Administrating Contracting Officer (ACO) ▪ Quality Assurance Point of Contact (QAPOC) ▪ Administrator (DPAP) ▪ Administrator (Department) ▪ Auditor ▪ Note. Supervisors who wish to have access to SPM should register for a Manager

role. Manager’s access will be based on DoDAAC, Group or MAPAC.

▪ Users who have the Supervisor roles prior to V6.0.0 will be migrated to Manager roles.

COR Nomination and Appointment Statuses

Status Trigger Active COR For COR self-nomination, this status is set after the Supervisor signs. For CO/CS initiated appointment, this status is set after the CO signs. Inactive COR System automatically sets this status when the Period of Performance Monitoring End Date has lapsed. Terminated COR Once the COR termination is signed by the CO. Draft Nomination/appointment is set to draft from initiation until one of the other statuses is triggered. Pending COR Review For the CO/CS process, this status is set once the CO/KS has completed the appointment fields to include creating and signing the appointment letter and it is ready for COR certification and signature. Pending Supervisor Review For COR self-nomination, this status is set once the COR initiates the process and completes the nomination information. For CO/CS initiated appointment, this status is set once the COR completes their review and signs. Pending PCO Review This status is set once the Supervisor reviews the nomination information as entered by the COR and is ready for CO review and signature. Rejected by PCO When a CO rejects the nomination/appointment. Rejected by Supervisor When a Supervisor rejects the nomination/appointment. Cancelled If a user chooses to discard the nomination/appointment workflow before the nomination/appointment is finally approved. Pending COR Signature For a COR self-nomination, after the CO has signed the status is set to inform that the COR that they need to sign the appointment. Pending Supervisor Signature For a COR self-nomination, after the COR has signed the status is set to inform that the Supervisor that they need to sign the appointment. Upon which the appointment will be active. Closed Automatically updated based on EDA status of closed. Archived Automatically updated based on EDA status of archived. Recalled Cancelled nomination can be restored for up to 30 days; before permanent deletion at day 31.
