• For transport of artwork by air, Milestone will coordinate the activity

at the airport.

• The artwork will be safely stored at a customs-bonded warehouse.
• For cargos which are heavy in weight and do not suitable to ship

by air, some clients choose to ship by sea.

• Milestone will provide the most competitive rates to customer

and ensure maximum attention will be given to the precious artwork during transit.

• Upon cargo arrival, Milestone uses its own fleet of specialized vehicles to either

airport / terminal to pick up the cargo.

• Clients can be assured that their artwork will be safe and secure during journey.
• As an alternative, Clients may also employ courier service to

delivery their artwork. Our teams member can accompany an 3rd party courier company during the transportation.

• We will also arrange all the travel documents and coordinate

accommodations.

• Milestone also offers Convoy Services by our professional staff

for small artwork by hand carry them to anywhere of the world.

• This is the first and the most important process in handling Fine Arts Logistics. Through precise

planning and sophisticated packing, the Fine Art will be provided with maximum protection during transit and minimize the risk of damage to the invaluable products.

• Milestone’s experts will visit the site, evaluate the artwork and determine the best packing

requirement for each piece of the artwork.

• Milestone uses the highest quality chemically, physically-neutral materials to build the crates.
• Custom-built crates are designed by our professional teams.
• Crates range from Quality Crates that are designed to transport paintings to Divider Crates that

are designed to transport several pieces together.

• Custom-built crates are also used to transport sculptures. For heavy artwork, the crates are

designed and built with reinforced panels, which are screwed closed.

• For smaller sculptures, the crates are designed to hold a group of artwork together.
• All artwork will be wrapped by several layers of waterproof paper before packing in the crate.

• Milestone will deliver the artwork, disassemble the crates and carefully remove the artwork from

the crates. Each item will be cross-checked against the inventory list and all packing materials and debris will be quickly removed from the site.
