What are we building?

– Site area approx. 5000 m2 (64m x 78m) – Floor area approx. 8000 m2 – Located in the south-west corner of The New University

Hospital (DNU)

– As an extension of the oncological research centre – Next to the existing oncological functions

– Overall economy approx. DKK 800 mill.

– construction economics approx. DKK 330 mill.

– First patient expected at the beginning of 2018

Expectations for the dialogue process

The dialogue material will include (incomplete):

– BID (Building Information Document) from the equipment supplier – Functional requirements on the building – Room data programme with requirements on each room with

reference to size, function, content etc.

– Interfaces and requirements on proximity to other rooms in DCPT – Interfaces and requirements on proximity to other functions at DNU – Descriptions of patient cases and logistics flow – Technical requirements – General conditions – And other matters

Expectations for the dialogue process

The turnkey contractor must challenge the technical requirements of BID so that it is optimised as much as possible with regard to:

– Radiation protection / optimisation / execution – Technical supplies – Construction schedule – Incentive schemes –

Suggestions of the turnkey contractor of how to solve critical issues from the room data programme to general discussions with users

technically as well as timewise

– Competencies of cooperation with major external suppliers – Competencies of communication in other languages – primarily

– Extensive professional knowledge of execution of complex concrete

constructions

– Competencies of radiation protection – Experience of user involvement – The wish and the will to cooperation

• Presentation of turnkey contract team
• Declaration regarding compliance of §45 and unsettled due debt

• Economic information - turnover, result before tax, equity and

solvency ratio in schematized form for the most recent 3 years, supplemented with the corresponding annual accounts

• Statement from the management declaring no important

changes since the latest published accounts

The prequalification round

• Project references from the latest 5 years from corresponding or

comparable projects with emphasis on radiation protection, concrete technology, building of hospitals, technically complex buildings etc. A maximum of 15 references in total and a minimum of 3 references from each member of the team

• Danish companies must submit key figures
• Information of technical capacity
• Overall description of quality assurance system
• Overall description of safety and health system

The prequalification round

Number of prequalified turnkey contractor teams

• A minimum number of 3 and a maximum number of 5 turnkey

contractor teams are anticipated to be selected on the basis of the

• bjective criteria stated in III.2.2 and III.2.3

Submission of prequalification material

• December 16, 2014, at 12.00 - 1 US

B stick as well as 1 original and 5 copies in ” hard copy” .

• Announcement of selected prequalified turnkey contractor teams

• Sending out of dialogue material, January 21, 2015

Fee

• Each prequalified turnkey contract team, which submits a

conditional tender will receive a fee corresponding to EUR 40.000,-
