Introduction
This use case is designed to help employers when they are planning their recovery strategies and thinking of recalling employees back to the work place by helping to determine their employees’ productivity levels while working from home. This tool helps assess what employees were able to accomplish; what they could not complete from home; and how they would feel about WFH being implemented into the company culture moving forward. Individuals who indicate they had a poor experience working from home are sent into a Poor Experience contact list, which is automatically followed up with by requesting more details from them on how the employer can improve their experience.
Automated WFH Employee Assessment Smart Flow
Employee Information
Before you begin the Employee WFH Assessment, first you need to upload your list of employees to the CRM. It’s a good idea to maintain up-to-date contact records for employees in the event you need to contact them urgently.
Work From Home Assessment Survey
Next, employers will need to create the Work From Home Assessment Survey. Easily ask any questions to gather a full understanding of how your employees fared while working from home.
scenarios?
Initial Employee Communication
Once employers have created the survey, it’s time to build out the email to send to employees. Select from SimplyCast’s many email templates available to create the email and be sure to add in the button for the Work From Home Assessment Survey.
Response Follow-up
Depending on how employees respond to the questions on the initial survey, employers are able to request additional information from them. This follow-up can be pre-defined to send automatically to employees who had a poor experience, but can be configured to send based on any criteria your organization wishes to gather additional information on.
Additional Information Required Thank you, we look forward to getting back to “normal”
