TECHNOLOGY ASSET ACQUISITION TERMS

The Company is acquiring a 100% interest in ADAM, DocMan, TagMan, Handover Notes and Property Inspector as well as a pipeline of technologies in development by paying a total of A$1,000,000 to K2 Technology Pty Ltd as follows:

  • $400,000 in cash within 2 weeks of execution of term sheet

(PAID)

  • $300,000 in cash on or before 30 April 2016
  • $300,000 in shares issued at a price equal to the RTO
