Kaye Academic College of Education Two major areas of cooperation: 1. English for Internationalization Purposes As part of the global trends of international cooperation, staff members and students in academic institutions are encouraged to use English to do research, read and write, and interact with others. Cooperation with other institutions would provide a multifaceted view of the English needs of academic workers in Europe and Israel, as well as providing means for improving this elementary tool for expanding internationalization. 2. Diversity Studies Kaye College is known for its active and practical implementation of diversity and multiculturalism, to give its graduates pedagogical tools to relate to others with less stereotypes, and to manage conflicts in peaceful ways. Kaye College has a Multiculturalism Center , which was established in 1994, acknowledging the fact that the college encompasses students coming from various ethnic backgrounds, and topics of diversity appear in many of our programs and courses. A new online course dealing with issues of diversity, will serve as a platform for communication, discussions and activities between our students and students from other institutions.
