increased focus on linking outcomes (quality) to payment and strong push for patient engagement – Outcome (quality) based reimbursement now means 2-5% of reimbursement is connected to outcomes. – This means you need to have a forward looking care plan solution to 1) secure care plan with high quality, 2) involve the patient and 3) be able to measure outcomes

continuity within healthcare (”Patientens väg i vården”.
