It is located in Arad (near Timi ş oara , a well-known industrial centre and the country's multicultural capital), next to Techtron , another of the Group’s Romanian companies that specialises in the production of electronic components. Sire manufactures wiring harnesses and electromechanical and electrical assemblies for use in a wide variety of industrial sectors . Over time, the company has evolved significantly in terms of organisation, adapting its skills to changing market requirements. All products undergo total quality control and 100% testing throughout production, in addition to regular in-process inspections to make sure they are entirely functional and safe to use. Services Production Sire makes wiring harnesses with all possible types of finish. The production bays use fully automated high-tech machinery to process the cable. Baring, cutting and stripping processes are carried out entirely automatically, with electronic control of the crimping. These and other stages connected with assembly of the harnesses are carried out by latest-generation equipment controlled by highly-skilled operators. Testing The company operators apply total quality control at all stages of production. Every single product turned out by Sire subjected to testing for 100% and continuous checks throughout the manufacturing process to guarantee total efficiency and safety, and compliance with customer specifications.
