Basic Information Company Name : Delta Telecommunication  Business Field : Serving in telecommunication market both in GSM and Fixed Network since 1992  and able to give the whole services as FTK required for Network Deployment from A to Z. Company Background : Delta has been established in 1992 and a company with Turkey origin. It  has vast experiences in GSM and fixed market and also in Fiber Optic projects not only in Turkey but also worldwide especially in CIS, ME&NA and East Europe regions. CSR Vision : To function as a built-in, and to create a self-regulating mechanism whereby business  would monitor and ensure its support to law, ethical standards, and international norms globally and socially. CSR Strategy : The strategy and the idea is to honor and save the 3 important bottom lines (3P) :  ◦ People Planet Profit

Precautionary Principle  TUNC Group imposes the idea to its employees the precautionary principle by avoiding usage of materials and methods which poisons/badly affects environment and public health when suitable alternatives are available. Environmental Performance  DELTA Group routinely checks and controls the Environmental Performance by its established committee with particular emphasis to its employee and considering the customers’ feedbacks/advices and so on.. CSR Main Activities Plan for 2010 : Quarterly scheduled Trainings and Seminars in the Conference/Meeting Room by Slide  Shows Random visits to be done by various members of CSR Committee and trained  Supervisors Reporting the results of the random visits to the Head of CSR Committee and Board  Re-organizing and publishing control documents, check-lists for missing points in CSR  policy if needed Publishing CSR Policy, (especially Health, Environment and Safety Factors) internally to  all correspondent employee Documentation and Reporting by the Committee to Board  End year evaluation and Plan for 2011 considering 2010 lectures 

  8. Most Important Factors that we consider: 1-Child Labor As per the country laws & regulations, DELTA Group gives great importance to the Child Labor. Especially the job which will be performed and generally on the site requires capability and strength. And on the other hand it is quite important to obey the rules of the countries on this issue. 2-Basic Salary and Social Security As DELTA is an international country and having some standards due to the different country conditions, the basic salary is one of the things that it learns first from the official authorities. i.e. Turkey gives importance to it, it is forbidden to go under basic amount and this is always strictly obeyed by us. 3-Environment Protection The work and the fingerprint that we leave after the work is our shape. With this in mind, we always give importance to environment protection and cleanness.
