Organisations seeking to implement BS 11000 need access to consistent, knowledgeable advice. The development of BS 11000 highlighted the need for a knowledge transfer programme for practitioners seeking to provide such advice. Accordingly, ICW and PERA developed a Facilitator Accreditation Course endorsed by the Institute for Leadership Management. This course is jointly delivered by ICW and PERA aimed at both internal champions and third party advisors. All ICW associates and Associate companies are accredited to ensure validated BS 11000 knowledge and competence.
