Seller Information

Mr. Björn Silfvercreutz is the inventor of this technology and the CEO
f Aloro Medical (www.aloromedical.com). He holds an M.Sc in

mechanics from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm along with a degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Sifvercreutz has a solid background in marketing and sales in the

medical device industry. He began a successful career as Sales Manager at Pfizer´s Orthopaedic Division. He joined thereafter a variety

f companies in life science in the position as Sales and Marketing
director. BD (Becton Dickinson), the international producer of single-

use products, was one of the successful companies where special focus was addressed to high volume sales. Since 2006 Mr. Sifvercreutz has dedicated his work to Aloro Medical.

Mr. Sifvercreutz received the SKAPA Innovation Reward 2002 for the

work with the CBS system now for sale.

Sales process

The dead-line for bidding is set to 1 July 2013. Potential buyers shall fill-out and sign the term-sheet on http://www.kapea.se/ sida2.html and send to per.wendin@kapea.se no later than 1 July 2013. No price floor has been set. The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any

ffer in his sole discretion. All patents will be sold together as a package, ie.

neither patent families nor patents within a family will be sold separately. Alternatively, potential buyers can ask for a six month due diligence period at the fixed cost of 35,000 USD (non refundable). Kapea together with the Seller shall be happy to assist buyer with additional information during said period. Once the Seller has accepted an offer presented by Kapea, the final agreement will be between the Seller and the buyer only, and Kapea shall not be part of the

agreement. Parallel discussions will be held in strict confidence and no potential

buyer shall have an exclusive right to the material provided by Kapea and Seller. Confidential information regarding the technology with be disclosed under NDA.
