- November 5, 2014, Tulsa Vision Authority adopted a
resolution making Owasso eligible to receive $6,882,761 in excess Vision 2025 funds.
- Utilizing the latest citizen quality of life survey (at that
time), staff identified and proposed projects which were then approved by Owasso City Council.
- Projects included two (2) road projects with the
remaining dedicated to Recreation and Culture projects.
