CRPL owns a Captive Power Plant of 1 MW capacity which is located in Mulana, 40 KM from Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. The raw material used to produce electricity is Woody Biomass through the gasification project. Power produced is directly synchronized with the Grid and being purchased by the group companies for their daily requirements. It is 1st Project of its kind in India. The project was put up by the group as a Demonstration project for the clients indenting to install Biomass Gasifiers for their Electricity needs. Ownership towards “Green India” is a one of the motivating factors for the investment. The company further plans to install such demonstration projects in East Africa and Western India.

This company deals in engineering, installation, commissioning and aftersales services for projects installed by Chanderpur Group. For providing better services for our products in European Region, we have engineers and technicians that are based out in Slovakia. Even this company keeps inventory of spares to lower the customer’s blocked funds due to maintaining stock for frequently wearable spares. Also, this decreases the worry of customer for getting spares from India.

Single super Phosphate is the most important single nutrient Phosphatic fertilizer containing 16% P2O5 in water-soluble form and has traditionally been very popular in agriculture sector. Raw material for SSP is rock phosphate and sulphuric acid, where rock phosphate is a natural deposit of calcium phosphate containing fluorine and carbonate.

Grounded Calcination Carbonate Plant

CPG provides solutions for Grinding Lime stone to fine & ultra fine grinded size. As a turnkey solution, we supply primary crushers, screening systems, primary & secondary crushers and

  • ther conveying/loading systems. We have supplied more than 200 ball mills till date and we

are known around the globe for our ball mills.

Quick Lime Calcination Plant

In calcination process, lime is cooked/ calcined at 800°c in a kiln. We are providing shaft kilns and rotary kilns for calcining of limestone/lime sludge with multi fuel options. Prior to calcination, exhaust gases of kiln preheat lime. And after coming out of calcination area, quicklime is cooled by direct contact with cooling air.

Selection of Calcination Process

Limestone calcination process is selected on basis of

  • limestone. If size of limestone is less than 4 inches and

capacity of plant is less than 200 tonnes per day, then shaft kiln is selected. Whereas for higher capacities and for small stone size sludge (industrial waste), rotary kiln is installed.

Fuel options

Kiln can be oil fired/gas fired or pulverized coal can be used as fuel. Even the gas fired kilns can be fuelled through biomass by using our biomass gasification system.

Bulk Blending Fertilizer Projects

NPK Complex Fertilizers are solid fertilizers in the form of uniform Powder commonly referred to by a sequence of three numbers, the first of which represents the percent Nitrogen expressed as N, the second, and the percent Phosphorus expressed as available P2O5 and the third, the percent Potassium expressed as soluble K2O. The Fertilizer Bulk Blending Plant and Fertilizer Blending Plant are very convenient to use because they contain all the three primary plant nutrients in the desired proportions.

Manufacturing Process

Raw Material Feeding and Batch Preparation Section

Starting from feeding of Cluster hopper, weigh feeder discharges the measured quantity of ingredients to bucket elevator which feeds the cluster hopper. Cluster hopper has separate compartments for each ingredient. Each compartment has a high and low level indicator governing the feeding necessity of the compartments. Individual Weigh batchers automatically weigh & discharge the selected ingredient in measured quantity as per the selected recipe to surge hopper. Surge hopper is having load cell to confirm whether the desired ingredient/batch quantity has been received or not. Providing accurate and reliable blending

  • f

dry soluble fertilizers.

Blending Section

Material is then discharged to another hopper via automatic slide gate from where it is transferred to hopper before SSM via belt feeder & bucket elevator. Hopper before blender accumulates and weighs the ingredients of the batch prior to discharge into the mixer. Mixer is engineered for highly accurate and efficient mixing and coating of

  • materials. Mixer is ideal for bulk blending

with micro nutrients and adding liquid coatings & ultimate in speed, blend quality

  • are. Shears are provided to DE lump while

blending. SSM rapidly and thoroughly blends the fertilizer ingredients including liquid additives if there is any such constituent. The blended batch is discharged instantly in a dust-proof manner. Instant discharge protects blend quality.

Packing and Printing Section

From post blending hopper batch is transferred to packing hopper via belt feeder & bucket elevator. Automatic/semi-automatic bag filling & stitching machines packs the desired bag quantities. These bags are then transported to various locations by means of our material handling systems like truck loader, wagon loaders etc.

Processes of Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) Technology: Limestone Scrubbing

  • Limestone slurry is sprayed on the incoming flue gas. The

sulphur dioxide gets absorbed. The limestone and sulfur dioxide react as follows : CaCO3 + H2O + 2SO2 ----> Ca+2 + 2HSO3

  • + CO2

CaCO3 + 2HSO3

  • + Ca+2 ----> 2CaSO3 + CO2 + H2O
  • A process improvement called forced oxidation which

further oxidizes the calcium Sulphate to Calcium Sulphate in the following reactions CaSO3 + H2O + ½ O2 ----> CaSO4 + H2O

Flue Gas Desulphurization Technology

All over the world, more than 75% of electricity is being generated from thermal power plant and coal contains sulphur in the range of 0.3%-1% depending upon origin location. Whereas, in some regions sulphur content is up to 1.5%. In thermal power plants, sulphur (present in coal) reacts and form sulphur dioxide (SO2), which is very harmful to the environment. So to save our environment, many countries like US and European countries have stringent regulations that discharge of sulphur dioxide (SO2) should be less than 0.05%. For this, power plants are installing Flue Gas Desulphurization Plant (FGD) or unit.

The classifier’s focus: its classification effect

An air classifier divides material flow into two

  • parts. One of them consists of fine material, the
  • ther one of coarser parts. Centrifugal,

gravitational and flow forces impact on mass elements which are of different sizes and use natural laws to bring about classification. The “tromp curve“ illustrates how e!ciently the materials are classified: The lower the deviation from the vertical, the more precise the sharpness of classification. The lower the deviation from the horizontal line, the greater the classification effect.

The clever concept

Our high efficiency air classifiers are designed in such a way that the material-to be- classified arrives at the distribution plate by two diametrically arranged feeding chutes. Due to the high speed of rotation, the material is then pushed to the side walls. In this process, any possible agglomerates disintegrate before the dissolved material falls into the classifying area

  • below. In falling, the material is caught by a

horizontal airflow which carries the smaller particles through the rotor blades into the rotating cage. From there, they are either carried to cyclones or are classified as fine material through a filter system. During this classifying process, heavy particles are not caught by the air flow but fall into the coarse material cone.

Working of Dryer

The Rotary Dryer is a continuously operated direct contact Dryer consisting of a slowly revolving cylindrical shell that is typically inclined to the horizontal a few degrees. The wet material is dried with the help of hot gases that may be generated in an external furnace or by any available source. Wet feed is introduced into the upper end of the Dryer and the feed progresses through it by virtue

  • f rotation, head effect, and slope of the shell and dried product with

drawn at the lower end. The direction of gas flow through the cylinder is dictated mainly by the properties of the processed material which may be Co-Current or Counter-Current.

Selection of Dryer – The choice of the best type of Dryer to use for a particular application is generally dictated by the following factors:
