  • Extend the district’s network of clubs by chartering new clubs.

Club Retention Team

  • Retention of existing members.
  • Promote membership building programs.
  • Non renewing members support.
  • Appointment and management of Club coaches for clubs

whose membership is 12 or below.

  • Training of all appointed Club Coaches and following up on

their progress.

Club Extension Team

  • Manage all credible new club leads within the boundaries of

the district.

  • Contact, follow up with and track the status of all

leads/opportunities.

  • Schedule and staff all demonstration meetings.
  • Recruit and assign and train club sponsors to new club

  • Support with the Club Chartering Process.

Club Quality Team

  • Recruit and assign club mentors to the newly chartered clubs

in the district.

  • Understand and facilitate club mentor training; refine the

curriculum and assist mentors with their responsibilities to ensure they serve their clubs effectively.

  • Collaborate with Club Extension and Retention Chairs and

Teams to create effective resources and tools to achieve the

  • bjectives.
  • Provide PR and marketing support.

Club New Source Research & Analysis

  • The club new source research chair assists in developing the

district’s marketing plan.

  • Generates new club leads at the district level.
  • Data analysis of District performance.

  • 70 Clubs 13-19 29% (Retention)
  • 69 Clubs 20-29 29% (30+ members)
  • 30 Clubs 30-55 13%

knowledge needed for achieving membership growth.

and Clubs. Request needs to come from the Clubs).

  • Tracking Club Coach performance.
  • Reinstating members (30+ members).
  • Area Directors follow up with Clubs related to members who won’t

renew.

  • Moments of Truth – All Clubs and a requirement for CGD Awards.
  • Club sponsors training.

idea contributing to growth of the District.
