  2. DIALOGUE Generating a site based aesthetic attributed to my distaste of my surroundings. There is nothing I fjnd interesting as a source of inspiration in the given area the textures the objects every corner every ally ev - ery turn I found nothing resinated with me as a result I thought to my self “ what if this area zone was person? what would they look like” what it would be based on my current education and knowledge I Decided to create based on everything that stood out to me as being appalling and made me lethargic from colours, forms, shapes, textures, tones materials etc. and use this critical cynicism to generate worl which contains this overtone of everything that I don’t like about surroundings and using my knowl - edge of product design, design, contemporary arts and a plethora of other creative fjelds to generate works containing this aes - thetic overshadowed by my lack of inspiration. Over time as I started to investigate textures around my chosen site (building76 ) my interest started to grow and these textures helped to ignite my inspiration.

I decided to pursue jewellery making because it embodies the essence of what i was trying to capture in my exploration of texture and turns it into a product that will hopefully be longlasting
