• Shoulder widths equal to or greater than 11 feet
• Shoulder width equal to or greater than 10 feet if

less than 0.1 mile segments.

• Encroachment of support foundations or catch

basins not factored into feasible segment evaluation

• Rumble strips not factored into feasible segment

evaluation
