Questionnaire information will be sent to the appointed country manager who will enter them into the spreadsheet to calculate the total for the market. The participants are asked to send the data back to BSRIA on the 15th day of the month following each quarter of the year at the latest. BSRIA is not supposed to 'chase' companies for their acknowledgement of receiving the questionnaire. An appointed country manager will e-mail the companies that decide to take part in the data collection service a blank questionnaire on the last day of each quarter. The consolidated results will be sent back to the local Solar Thermal Association (and to the participants of the scheme) on the last day of the month following each quarter of the year.
