identify a product. Understand how Dealers order products and MOQ. Train our Dealer and Partners and offer them support in order to place independently orders through Black Nova system.

WHAT IS A SKU? A SKU is a part number (code) that identifies a product in our stock ready for sales. SKU Stands for Stock Keeping Unit.

HOW TO ORDER A KEYPAD A Black Nova Keypad has different parts depending the product line. ARIA has 2 parts and ALBA has 3 parts. In order to buy a keypad all parts need to be ordered.

HOW DEALERS ORDER KEYPADS PARTS A dealer buy all necessary keypad parts in boxes. Dealers need to respect MOQ that varies depending the product (MOQ is shown in the Dealer price list). After engraving the dealer assemble the parts and the result is the final product.

SKU SLOTS STRUCTURE Each slot has a specific meaning and describes one of the characteristic or a feature of a product. If a slot has no meaning but subsequents slot have, the slot must have a value. X and XX values are used to indicate that the slot is not in use
