Thermal Management

LEDs are mounted to a metal core board and attached to a die- cast aluminium heat sink for maximum conductive cooling. Air flow-through design gives additional convection cooling, channelling air across the underside of the luminaire’s heat sink. Ensures all LED and electric components run cool, which extends the life of the components and enhances the performance of the LEDs.

LED module life that can be up to 90,000* hrs at 25°C.

Controls Package

Attached dual purpose presence detector and ambient light sensor option available (.PIRA) for individual luminaire control. Full 360O sensing with 9m radius detection at 3m mounting height.

Switches luminaire off when day light is >2000lux. Switches luminaire on when daylight is <2000lux

Emergency

3 hour maintained emergency

Emergency version illuminates all the LED’s at 6% of the original light output (BLF = 0.09). Achieves 5 lux average in emergency mode in a typical lighting scheme mounting at 3m.
