I'm from Denmark and moved to Riga in 2017. I have a background in charity coordination from when I worked with UNICEF in Belarus as a partnerships coordinator bridging the gap between public/private sector partners and UNICEF with a focus on child and maternal rights. Some of the skills I learned in that time was proposal writing, networking to bring in new donors and partnerships, and connecting with community resources and NGO's to assess needs and develop budgets. As well I was also very active in the Minsk IWC working with event management and coordination for charity fundraising events. Working with charity and especially improving the lives of women and children has always been my passion, and I'd like to be given the chance to do so in Riga.
